For over forty years, I have served as a useful source of instruction, help or advice in astronomy education. I finally decided to own that role now online and be intentional about it rather than just relying on social media sites. I started SmartStars with a mission to give others a taste of my thoughts and experiences, and I have been at it ever since. I'm going to start with approximately weekly posts and see how it goes.
